• Discord interactions: Your Discord username and messages when you engage with our community server

Information collected automatically:

• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on the platform, and interaction patterns
• Device information: Browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and device type
• Network information: IP address, approximate geographic location (country/region level), and referring URL

Information we do NOT collect:

• Brokerage account credentials, account numbers, or balances
• Social Security numbers or government-issued IDs
• Payment or credit card information (the platform is free)
• Personally identifiable trading or portfolio data

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to contact form inquiries and provide support
• Improve the platform's features, performance, and user experience
• Analyze aggregate usage patterns and traffic trends

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

IntelliTrade uses minimal cookies and tracking technologies:

• Essential cookies: Required for basic platform functionality (e.g., session management, CAPTCHA verification via Cloudflare Turnstile)
• Analytics: We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns. No personally identifiable tracking profiles are created.

We do not use invasive advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or sell data to advertising networks.

5. Third-Party Services

IntelliTrade integrates with or links to the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Cloudflare: CDN, security, and Turnstile CAPTCHA on our contact form
• Google Fonts: Web font delivery
• Discord: Community server and contact form webhook delivery
• TradingView: Embedded charting widgets
• Partner brokerages (Tradier, Interactive Brokers, Tastytrade): Linked from referral/partner pages; we do not share your data with these brokerages

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party services. IntelliTrade is not responsible for the privacy practices of external services.

6. Data Storage & Security

Contact form submissions are transmitted to a private Discord channel via encrypted webhook and are not stored in a persistent database on our servers. Aggregate usage data may be stored on our cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform) with industry-standard security practices.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

7. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy:

• Contact form messages: Retained in Discord indefinitely for support reference, unless deletion is requested
• Usage analytics: Retained in aggregate form; individual session data is not stored long-term
• Rate-limiting data (IP addresses): Stored in-memory only and cleared on server restart

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to any personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Opt out of any non-essential tracking
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time

IntelliTrade is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
